OTHER WAYS TO ORDER

If you prefer to order via the postal service you can print off this form simply fill in your details and the items which you would like to order. Please state which delivery service you require and add this to the total amount.

You can make payment either by enclosing a cheque or postal order.

Orders can also be placed over the phone, unfortunately we cannot accept any promotions or offers that may have been received via email, your order must be placed online to claim these.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER

You have the right to cancel your order under the distance selling regulations.

If you wish to cancel this can be exercised in writing via email (info@bigfishclothing.co.uk) or by the contact us page within 7 days from receipt of your order. You should keep evidence of your cancellation notice such as proof of posting. Please return your order in accordance with the T&C.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER

Once your order has been confirmed it is not always possible to change any of the order details, however, if notified as soon as possible we will do what we can to assist with any changes that you wish to make.

DO YOU DELIVER TO A ALTENATIVE ADDRESS?

We certainly do, you have the option to do this on point of checkout.
Unfortunately orders placed over the phone can only be dispatched to the cardholders address.

PART OF MY ORDER IS MISSING

Sometimes orders are dispatched with ordered items missing, this may be done when we are awaiting stock replenishment, please check your received invoice where it will state that an item is to follow.

Unfortunately, some ordered items may be sold out and no longer available, in this case the item will have been refunded please check received invoice for details.

If you feel that the above details do not apply to your order then please contact us as soon as possible on 01709 361700 with your order ID number.

Damaged Parcel

Accept delivery even if the parcel arrives damaged. However, write legibly that the parcel was damaged.  You may write "damaged parcel" for example please contact us in regards to this as soon as parcel is received

 

CAN YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY RETURNS?

 

We will usually confirm receipt of received returns within 5 working days, all returns are processed as quickly as possible.

We aim to refund within 14 working days although at busy times this may take longer.
Any exchanges are usually processed within 5 working days (Subject to stock).
We will usually notify you of any problems via email so please check emails including your spam folder if you think your refund/exchange is taking longer than it should be.


HOW DO I RETURN A ITEM


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us of the items you wish to return within 7 days of receipt. 
Any items can be returned back within 14 days of receipt using the returns form in your parcel.

 

All UK orders can use the free returns service simply follow the link on the website to create your label.

I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM


Unfortunately, sometimes errors are made, in the event that the item you have received is not the one that you have ordered, please contact us as soon as possible quoting your order ID number where you will be given the returns procedure.

I’VE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM

Unfortunately, on occasions items received will be faulty, in the event of this happening please notify us as soon as possible this can be done through the contact us page or by calling 01709 361700 to confirm the returns procedure.

The item can be returned using the returns form provided in your parcel.

 

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not satisfied with any of our products you have purchased then simply notify us of their return within 14 days.

Please enclose the returns form in your parcel, failure to do so will result in a delay with your returns request.

Fill in all the required fields and return with the unworn item/s with all relevant packaging.

The returning parcel is the responsibility of the customer so we would advise that you obtain proof of postage. 

We aim to process refunds within 14 working days and exchanges within 5 but at busy times this may take longer.

If for any reason you have lost your original delivery note for the returns procedure then include a piece of paper with your details on.

£75 Free Delivery / Returns - If items are returned for refund and the order value drops below £75 then the standard delivery charge of £5.95  will apply .
